Overview

Mikumi National Park is one of Tanzania’s most accessible and wildlife-rich national parks, located in the southern safari circuit. Often referred to as “the Serengeti of the South”, Mikumi offers wide open savannah plains, abundant wildlife, and breathtaking landscapes, making it ideal for short safaris, first-time visitors, and family trips.

Location
